Important technical limitation: The rebuild year is not the original year of manufacture. No production speed, minimum or maximum pack size, film range, installed recipe list or guaranteed compatibility is stated until the available format documentation and machine inventory have been checked.

Technical Fit Review

A preliminary assessment may indicate potential suitability for toilet-roll or kitchen-towel products, but final compatibility is determined only after reviewing:

  • finished-roll diameter, width and tolerances;
  • retail-pack formation and external filled-bag dimensions;
  • film type, thickness, reel dimensions and sealing requirements;
  • infeed lanes, guides, compression, pusher stroke and bag opening;
  • available format parts, machine recipes and required packs per minute;
  • electrical supply, controls and receiving-line interfaces.

Proposed Supply and Relocation Scope

  • final inventory of the selected machine and equipment-specific controls;
  • professional mechanical and electrical dismantling within the agreed boundary;
  • match-marking, cable identification and photographic records;
  • protective or seaworthy packing according to the agreed delivery scope;
  • container loading, export documents and international delivery as quoted;
  • optional remote or on-site technical support, priced separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are both OPTIMA LBV3-R units available individually?

The machines can be discussed individually or together. Final individual availability and included equipment are confirmed in the written quotation.

Can the machines run a 5 × 2 toilet-roll pack?

The machine family may potentially support multiple pack formations, but a 5 × 2 format is not guaranteed for the offered units until the installed format parts, infeed configuration, controls and final filled-bag dimensions are verified.

Can a live FAT be carried out?

The machines are not currently presented as running production machines. Inspection, dry-run or workshop testing options must be agreed separately after the technical scope is established.

Does the supply include conveyors and control cabinets?

Only the components assigned to the selected machine and listed in the final written inventory are included. Conveyors, controls, format parts and auxiliary equipment require explicit confirmation.

Can Maria Roboter dismantle and deliver the equipment?

Yes. The agreed scope can include dismantling, match-marking, packing, container loading, export documents and delivery to the nominated port.
