Secondary tissue packaging · grouping and bundling

Used Cassoli Secondary Tissue Packaging Systems

Two documented Cassoli systems are available for secondary packaging discussions: an IN/4A LHS with IP30 grouping / pre-stacking unit and an IN/6 SUPER.CO. Exact bundle formations, output, film specification, controls, available format parts and final supply scope require verification.

Technical-fit notice: The model designation alone does not prove that a specific ten-pack bundle or other CWC formation can be reproduced. Final suitability depends on the incoming retail-bag dimensions, orientation, grouping pattern, film, compression, infeed and installed change parts.

Information Required for Bundle Verification

  • external dimensions and weight of each filled retail bag;
  • required number of retail packs per bundle and exact layer / row formation;
  • pack orientation at the infeed and required finished-bundle dimensions;
  • film type, thickness, width, print-registration requirement and sealing parameters;
  • target bundles per minute and acceptable compression;
  • upstream discharge height, conveyor direction, controls and downstream interface.

Available Project Scope

  • technical inventory of the selected grouping, bundling and control components;
  • professional dismantling within the agreed mechanical and electrical boundaries;
  • match-marking, cable identification and photographic reassembly record;
  • packing, container loading, export documentation and delivery as quoted;
  • optional engineering for interfaces and restart support, priced separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can these systems replace a CWC configuration with a film bundle?

Potential suitability depends on the exact incoming retail-pack dimensions, bundle formation, infeed and available format parts. The final answer requires a format review and cannot be established from the model name alone.

Is the IP30 included with the IN/4A LHS?

The IP30 grouping / pre-stacking unit is documented with the IN/4A LHS discussion. The final included inventory is confirmed in the written quotation.

Are output speed and bundle range confirmed?

No. Achievable output and bundle range remain subject to the machine documentation, installed tooling, product and film.

Can the systems be tested with buyer material?

Testing options depend on the present equipment status and the available setup. A workshop build or product trial, if technically possible, is a separately defined scope.

Can Maria Roboter supply both systems together?

Both systems can be discussed as one packaging project or as separate scopes. Availability and included auxiliaries are confirmed before quotation.
